We’re all citizens of the web and none of us want the websites we visit to collect excessive data about us, track us or give our data to other companies. This privacy policy sets-out what data we collect when you visit or place an order on our website, and what we do with that data.
In Brief
The gist of it is, we’re in the business of selling plants, not collecting your personal data. We collect what we need to for our website to work, to process orders and to garner anonymised statistics about how people find and use our website. - PayPal – If you choose to pay for an order via PayPal, some of your information will be collected by them in order to process your payment.
- Stripe – If you choose to pay for an order by credit or debit card, your payment information will be collected by Stripe in order to process the payment.
- Google Analytics – We use this service to analyse anonymous information about our website visitors in order to improve our website and services.
- Jetpack and WooCommerce by Automattic – We use these service to help secure our website against the baddies, collect anonymous information about our website visitors and run our online shop.

All that said, lawyers be lawyers so please ensure you have read and agree-to our full privacy policy below. We’ve tried to keep it as simple and possible but the following takes precedence over this little intro.
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, create an account or make a purchase from https://www.littlegreen.co (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information and Contact Information.
How we use your personal information
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for delivery, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you about your orders and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.

Your rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Site (and do not create an account), we will retain your personal information for one year, after which the data will be anonymised. If you create an account on the Site, your personal information will be retained for as long as the account is active. Inactive accounts will be deactivated after one year of inactivity, at which point the data will be anonymised.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
