We take the stress out of house plant delivery by handling it it all ourselves. You don’t need to worry that your lovely new plant will be thrown around the back of a van on left outside in the rain because every plant delivery is completed by one of the Little Green team.
Most orders are ready for delivery in one or two days. We will contact you once your order is ready and arrange a delivery time to suit you, or whoever you’re sending a plant to. Because we deliver the plants ourselves, we’re very flexible and can even deliver in the evening and on weekends.
Where does Little Green deliver to?
We deliver locally to Bristol (postcodes BS1 to BS11) and the surrounding areas (postcodes BS13 to BS16, plus BS20, BS31, BS41 and BS48).
How much does plant delivery cost?
Plant delivery works on a flat per-delivery basis – not per-plant. Delivery to the BS3 postcode area costs £3.00 per order and delivery to all other postcodes is £6.00 per order.
When will my order be ready for delivery?
Most items on our online shop are in-stock and ready for delivery in one or two days. We’ll email you to arrange delivery at a time that will suit you (or the recipient if you’re sending a plant to someone else).
What does “On back-order” mean?
If a plant is marked as ‘On back-order’, that means we don’t have any in stock right now but can get one from one of our growers. For this reason, delivery might take a little longer. We’ll email you once we’ve gotten hold of the plant and it’s ready for delivery.
Can you deliver a plant on a specific day for a birthday, anniversary, etc.?
Almost certainly, yes. If you want to check before you order, feel free to contact us first. Also, kudos to you on your outstanding gift-buying choice 🙂
Do you deliver plants outside of Bristol?
Sorry, at the moment we only deliver plants within the Bristol postcode area. We’re looking for a safe way to send plants further without using too much packaging and hope to offer this in the future. If you’re looking to place a large order for your home or business, you might want to take a look at our Plantscaping service which is available outside of Bristol.
Can I order from outside of Bristol and send it to someone in Bristol?
Absolutely! When you get to the Checkout page, just enter your address in the ‘Billing Details’ section, then check the ‘Deliver to a different address’ box and enter the recipient’s details below.
Can small items be delivered outside of Bristol?
Yes, we can send greetings cards, gift vouchers, compost and other sundries outside of Bristol. Please contact us if you have any problems.
How about gift vouchers and greetings cards?
Gift vouchers and greetings card are sent via Royal Mail, unless ordered along with a plant. 1st or 2nd class delivery options are available. They will be posted within one working day and are then subject to the usual Royal Mail delivery times.
Can I add a note/message to my order?
We offer a range of beautiful greetings cards that we can deliver, including a personal message, along with your order.
A printed packing slip is also included with each delivery and includes anything you enter in the ‘Order Notes’ field on the checkout page. Don’t worry – the packing slip doesn’t include any prices.
Can I collect my plant from you instead?
We no longer offer the collection option through our online shop. However, if you would like to place an order for collection please contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
