Ordering plants online sounds like it could be a real faff, but because we handle everything ourselves at Little Green, it really couldn’t be simpler.
Most orders are ready for delivery or collection in one or two days. We will contact you once your order is ready for delivery or collection to make the arrangements and come up with a plan that suits you.
We deliver locally to Bristol (BS1 to BS11) and the surrounding areas (BS13 to BS16, plus BS20, BS31, BS41 and BS48).
When your order’s ready, we’ll email you to arrange a convenient time for delivery. Because we complete all deliveries ourselves (not via a courier) we can be very flexible with delivery times, so you don’t need to worry about your poor plant being left on your doorstep in the cold.
If you would like us to deliver to a neighbour or a specific safe, sheltered place on your property, please let us know when you place your order or when we email you to arrange delivery. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for your items once they’ve been delivered.
If you prefer, you can collect your items for free from one of our market stalls. Be sure to bring along your order confirmation email as we’ll need to see it before we can give you your items. Just having the email on your phone is fine – no need to print it out.
When your order is ready for collection, we’ll email you to find out which market you would like to collect it from.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you deliver plants outside of Bristol?
Sorry, at the moment we only deliver plants within the Bristol postcode area. We’re looking for a safe way to send plants further without using too much packaging and hope to offer this in the future.
Can I order from outside of Bristol and send it to someone in Bristol?
Absolutely! When you get to the Checkout page, just enter your address in the ‘Billing Details’ section, then check the ‘Deliver to a different address’ box and enter the recipient’s details below.
Can small items be delivered outside of Bristol?
Yes, we can send greetings cards, compost and other sundries outside of Bristol. Please contact us if you have any problems.
How about gift vouchers?
Our gift vouchers are digital so we can deliver them to any email address. We’ll be offering physical gift vouchers in the near future.
Can I add a note/message to my order
We offer a range of beautiful greetings cards that we can deliver, including a personal message, along with your order.
A printed packing slip is also included with each delivery and includes anything you enter in the ‘Order Notes’ field on the checkout page. Don’t worry – the packing slip doesn’t include any prices.
